Ecosystem Preservation in Iguassu Falls
The Bela Vista Sanctuary is one of the best and most important structures for ecosystem preservation of Iguassu Falls´ neighborhood. It was developed by Itaipu Binational to shelter animals that were threatened by the power plant´s construction. This sanctuary is localized next to Iguassu Falls´ downtown.
This tour is followed by specialized guides and is possible to go through many different routes involving classes of environment education, walks through the native forest and animals observation: jaguars, coatis, turtles and snakes. This place is wonderful; you will be delighted with all the beauty.
It opens from Monday to Saturday. You have to book this tour at least one day in advance.
